Berk Cin graduated from Galatasaray University Law Faculty, one of most prestigious law schools in Turkey, and admitted to Istanbul Bar in 2012. Prior to joining our firm as partner in 2022, he worked at a multinational law firm based in Istanbul.
Berk advises a wide range of local and foreign clients on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance and capital markets transactions and has extensive experience on several complex and innovative projects. His experience includes mergers of Turkey’s state-owned insurance and private pension companies, acquisitions of Turkey’s leading textile, food and e-commerce companies, IPOs of Turkey’s leading food, textile and technology companies, and financing transactions of local and international banks and financial institutions.
In 2019, Berk was awarded as “Rising Star” on the Inaugural Legal Media Group Euromoney Europe Rising Star Awards. Berk Cin was also recognized by Legal 500 as Rising Star”, and as “Next Generation Partner” by IFLR1000 in 2019, 2020 and 2021.
